Since we got a bunch of new Harle's( 2 or 3, if i remember correctly), i am going too post my skill build, so i don't have too tell it ingame.
This is mostly a PvP build, while some of the skills ( Esp, and Motion Capture) are mostly for Harle's with a high base Agility or Dogde in general.
Of course u can edit some of the stun skill's and make it a full PvE build, but i am mostly a PvP'er.

Well ^^ if u get the thief christmas medal u can leave areal frenzy at 0 and save few skillpoints lol. Dunno what else to put the points on thou .__.

But speaking of the Chrismas medal, we dont need it very much.. Of course 15+ health is good, but Harlequin needs Agi most of all..
We are not Myrmidons, go full Agility on set or Full Health.. for an Agilty build i would say 3 ( lvl 54 set,) 2 ( lvl 47) and 1 ( either Rockr's helm, if u need Hp, unless then u should use Elluman's Crown). For an Hp build, go full set ( beacuse u gain 1k hp as 6 set items bonus).. ( with Full Hp set/Items, i can gain 11k hp)
